Payment Methods

The Rosary Boutique uses PayPal for processing credit card payments. PayPal is the faster, safer way to pay online, with or without a PayPal account. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping

Most orders will ship within 2 business days of placing your order. We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays via USPS Priority Mail with an expected 2-3 business day delivery in the United States. A shipping confirmation number will be e-mailed to you.  If  your item has not arrived in a few days, we recommend you utilize the tracking information to check delivery receipt.

Return Policy

We hope that you are very happy with your new purchase and will gladly assist you if you request a refund or exchange. The following is our policy and instructions for returns, exchanges, and flawed merchandise.

Instructions for Requesting a Return:

Merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date provided that they have all original tags, original packaging, supplementary items (including certificates, etc.), and are in new condition as sold.

  • If you would like to return merchandise, please contact us at info@therosaryboutique.com as soon as possible.
  • Include a copy of your invoice.  Original shipping fees are not refundable.  All return shipping costs shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.  We recommend that you insure any return shipments since we cannot be responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
  • In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately.  We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
  • All refunds will be credited back to your account in the manner in which they were paid. Actual shipping costs will be deducted.
  • The Rosary Boutique reserves the right to evaluate all returns before issuing a credit.

Merchandise may be exchanged within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date provided that they have all original tags, original packaging, supplementary items (including certificates, etc.), and are in new condition as sold. Please note, new refers to both the product and its packaging.  We regret that items not in new condition will be shipped back to you without reimbursement.

  • If you are exchanging your purchase for a different item and there is a price difference, we will charge/credit you for that difference.
  • Include a copy of your invoice.  All returned exchanges’ shipping costs shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.  We recommend that you insure any return shipments since we cannot be responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.  All charges for shipping the new item out shall be the responsibility of the customer.

We work to ensure the quality of the merchandise offered on TheRosaryBoutique.com, however in the unfortunate event that you receive damaged merchandise, you may return it within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Do you store credit card information?

No, we do not store your credit cart information. In fact, The Rosary Boutique does not even collect your credit card information. For the purchase transaction, you are redirected over to PayPal’s website, which is protected by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable US federal and state regulations. Please refer to PayPal’s Privacy Policy for more details.

I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I still use a credit card?

Yes, you may use PayPal to pay by credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. Upon confirming your order on TheRosaryBoutique.com, you will be redirected to our page on PayPal. Once on PayPal’s website, just look for the text that reads Don’t have a PayPal account? and click the Continue button. You will be presented a secure form to enter your payment details.

Can I ship my new purchase to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, you may ship your purchase to another address other than your billing address. Please just specify the destination shipping address when you check out.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

At this time we do not ship to APO addresses.

Do you sell internationally?

At this time we do not sell outside the United States.
